Kinorah Awini advised Ghanaians on their way to eat. She said being disciplined about what and when we eat is a step in the right direction.
Kinorah spoke on the Ladies Circle Show on TV3 that eating shouldn’t be about losing or gaining weight. It’s about eating healthy. She said, “When you eat a lot of carbohydrates and don’t burn the calories. It just turns into sugar or fats. “
The food connoisseur shared her views on the diet and eating plan and said one should know what to eat and when to eat. She went on to say that timing is critical to the digestive process and therefore eating at the right time goes a long way in staying on the healthy path.
Kinorah mentioned that unfortunately, most Ghanaian dishes are mostly carbohydrates, which makes them quite unhealthy. If you eat a lot of these dishes, you will need to be physically active to burn all the calories. Otherwise, the excess would form a stubborn layer of fat around your belly.
She approached the host on the show and said, “If you eat two balls of kenkey or banku and a bricklayer eats two balls of kenkey, he will burn it and you will not burn it. Yours will turn into some form of illness. “
She stressed the importance of staying healthy.
