Chef Amber: Wholesome meals might be stunning, tasty and attractive

“I started experimenting with turmeric and making tonics in my kitchen. I noticed my inflammation was subsiding and my body was feeling better … It wasn’t long before my clients and staff stopped taking anti-inflammatory drugs, lost weight, and felt better. “

Amber adds that Source Café was born out of her desire to heal herself and how she wanted to help other people through the healing properties of food.

“It was out of my desperation to feel better and I knew it was time for me to take control of my health by providing my body with the right foods, and I knew I did too I wanted to build a healthy relationship with food because I’ve never had that before. ”

Eat better, live healthier

So if Amber can reevaluate her relationship with food and even build a business out of it, why not the rest of the world? Well the reality is that transitioning to a healthy diet can be a daunting experience for many, and that’s why some would rather give up than bother.

Switching to a healthier diet, however, is easy and doesn’t have to be an overwhelming experience. So how do i start?

“What I tell people first is that they have to go through their closets and get rid of all the stuff that makes them feel like shit,” explains Amber, “Get all that junk away.”

Once you’ve cleared out your closet, Amber wants you to put on your chef’s hat,

“Start willing to prepare meals a few days a week and start cooking and creating your own food and find cooks like me or someone else you can follow easy recipes.”

Amber suggests that you maybe start cooking dinner twice a week and that you start making snacks for your family too. It is also best not to eat out five evenings a week, but reduce it to twice a week.

“I think there is a stigma about eating healthy, that it is boring and boring, and that you will feel deprived … First, food is my life. I love food, I never want to feel disadvantaged. “

“Healthy food can be beautiful, tasty and sexy. When we nourish our body and provide it with the right nourishment, we can feel so alive, confident and amazing in our body. ”

Amber says you need to find a willingness to make that change first. If you are concerned about the cost of a healthy diet, Amber suggests supporting local farmers markets.
